Week 3 so far!

Here we are in the middle of week 3.  We are working harder than ever and really noticing results with P90X.  We did Shoulders and Arms today and I noticed that I was lifting better and able to do more thorough exercises.  We also did Ab Ripper X today and I was able to feel a difference in my hip flexors (meaning that they were stronger today than the previous two weeks!) 
My husband and I got talking about how far we've already come.  He's lost 10 lbs. and I am the same size we were when we got married almost 8 years ago!  This is really incredible and we can't wait to take those 30 day pictures in a week and a half. 
Oh, and I still think that Results and Recovery has made a huge difference in our P90X journey!  We have certainly had movement and growth and are exhausting our muscles every day, so I do not understand how we are not sore at the end of the day.  I think it honestly has a lot to do with the fact that we are eating a lot of protein, following the diet plan, and using Results and Recovery.
