Week two is a wrap for us! It feels so good to know that we are halfway through our first set of exercises on this 90 day journey.
We have been pushing ourselves harder and harder this week. Today was Kenpo X and we were toast after. The nice thing about Kenpo is that it is so much fun that the first time we looked up we were already 2/3 of the way through the workout! Plus, I love pretending that I am fighting off a hoard of zombies when doing moves like "Sword and Hammer" and "Claw and Hammer" and front and back kicks. What I'm trying to say is, it's a lot of fun.
Some differences that both my husband and I have noticed have been an increase in flexibility, looser clothes and a big increase in our ability to do the moves and follow Tony. We have found that we can not only keep up, but have been able to challenge ourselves to work even harder this week.
I can't wait to move on to week three and see how much further we've come!
