Week 2-Core Synergistics

Today was a killer Core workout for us.  We were coming off of our rest day and today was the first day of our second week.
Last week,when we did Core, we didn't really push ourselves as far as we should have because we wanted to make sure we got through the whole week.  Today we really pushed ourselves, and we were still able to keep up!  I was so proud of us and happy that we are really getting stronger and more limber, even just after one week.  We were able to both add weights to some of the different exercises and to do all of the exercises for the full amount of time with not too many breaks. 
I think, though, that I did push it a little too far.  I am feeling a bit of tightness in my right glute-so I'll baby that more tomorrow during Cardio if it is still causing a little bit of pain.
