Day 3-Shoulders and Arms plus Ab Ripper X!

Today was an intense day for sure.  After two days of pretty intense core work I woke up with a sore core and feeling a little nervous about my shoulders and arms and Ab RipperX  routine to come.
We started the DVD once our older daughter was at Pre-school and with a wild 14 month old crawling, walking and running around us while we went through the workout.
The workout is intense but a lot of fun.  There are many different exercises and almost all of them need resistance bands or some type of weights.  I was able to use 5-10 lbs. for all of them.  We were able to do all of the sets and worked ourselves to exhaustion.  We even did the bonus round!  We felt great after and were ready to tackle Ab ripper X.
Ab Ripper X is 16 minutes of very intense ab work.  That said, we completed the program even though we weren't quite able to do everything.    (It's tough to do 25 reps of each move-all together it's 300 crunches).  However, we did some of everything and most if not all of the rest.  We felt really strong but exhausted after.
